What is recorded here

Triple-arch limestone road bridge, built c.1790, spanning the Owenboy River. Rubble limestone walls with rendered coping to parapets. Round-headed arches having ashlar limestone voussoirs.
This finely executed bridge that cross the Owenboy River is one of two bridges near Ballea Castle. The use of local materials allows it to fit almost seamlessly into the landscape.
