Altar is a children's burial ground in Cloghleigh (aglishcloghane Par.), kylebeg (aglishcloghane Par.), County Tipperary, Ireland. Cooke recorded human bones inside the destroyed enclosure, while a circular grove of trees still marks the hilltop where protruding stones indicate the burial ground.

Located within an ecclesiastical enclosure (TN007-034001) which encloses the base of a hillock. At the top of the hill there is a circular grove of trees, within which there are a lot of stones protruding which is indicative of a children's burial ground. According to Cooke (1852-3, 54) a lot of human bones were found within this destroyed enclosure. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
