Pair of former semi-detached three-bay single-storey houses, built c.1780, now in use as detached six-bay house. Square-headed openings with stone surrounds, sills and replacement windows. Hipped slate roof with brick chimneystack. Renovated and conservatory added c.2000. Built as pair with house to north-west.
This house and the house to the north-west were originally built as pairs of semi-detached houses. Now a simple house. Though altered and renovated, this pair of houses retain their original exterior form, stone facades, and some stone dressings. These houses formerly related to Crossdrum House.
