'Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, having porch projection to front (south) with hipped slate roof. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with remains of bipartite two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, some bipartite. One-over-one pane window to porch with coloured glass margins. Road entrance to south has panelled monolithic square-plan cut limestone piers with plinths and pyramidal caps, recent gates and quadrant walls.' A possible folly/cenotaph (GA108-158----) may be associated.
