Weir is a weir (fish) in Rathokelly (Neddans parish), Rathokelly (Molough parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. The 1654-6 Civil Survey recorded a weir belonging to those lands upon the River Shewer. In 1640 John Prendergast held the property. The exact position of that recorded structure has not been identified within the townland.

According to the Civil Survey (1654-6) in 'Rathogally' there stands 'a weire belonging to the sd lands upon the River Shewer' which in 1640 was under the proprietorship of 'John Prendergast of Rathogeally Gent Papist' (Simington 1931, vol. 1, 343).
