What is recorded here
Freestanding single-bay four-stage water tower, post-1946, on an octagonal plan. Set in redeveloped grounds.
An eye-catching water tower erected to a standardised design (cf. Oran Beg, County Galway; Mullatishaughlin, County Monaghan) representing an interesting component of the mid twentieth-century civil engineering heritage of County Mayo.
