What is recorded here
A watermill is marked at Kerloge on the Down Survey map (1655-8) in NLI (ms 725, microfilm P 7384, N 6380) of St. Peter’s parish, and a corn mill is marked on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map close to the church (WX042-006001-), but it cannot be demonstrated that the original mill is on the same site.
