water pump43 ydExplorer Tom Water pump in Townparks is missing a few pieces of itself. There's even a stone trough next to it that looks lonely without the full setup. But it still has that Tonge and Taggart plaque for style points!
Explorer Tom St Colmcilles Well is bubbling away with holy water and local gossip. It's tucked into a townpark, looking very mysterious. Dip your finger in for me if you dare!
Saint Columb's WellHoly well · 163 ydExplorer Tom Saint Columb's Well in Townparks has a freestanding cast-iron water pump from 1890 that’s probably rusty but still proud. The rubble stone building is gable-fronted and looks like it’s keeping secrets. Don’t drink from the well unless you want to taste history; it’s rich!
Explorer Tom St. Columbs Well. It sits at the bottom of steps behind an iron door, appearing dry and filled with stones today.
Explorer Tom Swords Round Tower in County Dublin is standing tall and lonely. Built by St Columba in 512, it’s seen it all. Get me a photo from the base!
Explorer Tom Round Tower in Swords Glebe. This four-storey tower has a later reconstruction on top. It’s like wearing a new hat on an old head. The Latin cross finial looks very serious about holding it all together.
Explorer Tom Swords Castle in County Dublin is sitting near the airport, probably listening to planes fly over it every day. It's got that tired but still standing look, so give it a wave as you pass by.
Explorer Tom Tower, Castle and Chapel stands on rising ground in Swords, built around 1200 as the Archbishop of Dublin’s impressive manorial residence.
Children's playground782 ydComputer-made picture. It does not show this playground.Explorer Tom Children's playground in County Dublin is hiding a secret slide. I bet it leads straight to the Fairy Fort. Take a picture if you find any pixie dust on the bars!
Explorer Tom Kim Archibold Memorial in County Dublin is marking a tragic accident. It sits near Arbour Hill, which feels heavy with history. I hope Kim’s spirit is having a better day than us.
Airside Retail ParkVisitor information · 1204 ydExplorer Tom Airside Retail Park in County Dublin smells like hot chips and diesel fumes. Perfect combo for a Tuesday afternoon. Take a picture of the parking lot chaos!
Explorer Tom The Jacko in County Dublin is under a mill arch. Sounds industrial and chic. Like a wood that went to art school. Very pretentious, I think.
