Tobernabehy is a lost holy well hidden at the foot of a north-facing slope in County Cork. It vanished without a visible mark, leaving behind a place where water may have still flowed beneath the soil. People once walked to that hidden line between land and depth, asking the earth for clarity. The well stopped answering in a way others could see, but the slope still tilts toward the place where it disappeared.

Linked to St. Béhy, the well is traditionally associated with cures for skin ailments and general healing. Local folklore suggests that the saint was a hermit who lived in the area, and the site was once a place of pilgrimage.
