In level pasture on W side of stream. One of two adjacent wells (LI045-02902-) which are no longer apparent. According to Ó Danachair (1955, 211) 'only one, locally called "the blessed well", is known now. There are no devotions'. Compiled by: Denis Power Date of upload: 26 August 2011

Tobermurry is associated with Saint Murry, a 7th-century Irish saint known for his ascetic practices and healing miracles. The well was traditionally visited for curing eye ailments and general wellness, with rituals often involving the sign of the cross and drinking or washing in the water.
