What is recorded here

In a densely wooded area c. 400m from W shore of Lough Corrib. This well, correctly Tobar Drólainn (?), consists of a natural spring in a triangular rock cleft. No evidence of enclosure or veneration noted. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'.
