Detached five-bay two-storey former rectory, built c.1830, with bay window to side elevation. Now in use as private house. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Segmental-arch door opening with timber panelled door, fanlight and sidelights, approached by flight of steps.

A handsome rectory which is an interesting reminder of the high standard of housing provided by the Church of Ireland Church for its clergy in the nineteenth century. The house retains its historic form, fabric and character.
