Detached L-plan three-bay single and two-storey house with dormer attic, dated 1861, comprising two-bay two-storey advanced block with gabled bay to left and entrance bay to right, and having recessed single-storey bay with dormer attic to right. Now in ruins. Snecked stone walls with rusticated stepped plinth, red brick quoins, string courses and dressing to openings. Chamfered cut-stone lintels to openings. Square-headed door opening having sandstone tympanum with crest and banner.
