What is recorded here
On a ridge in undulating grassland. Marked on OS 6-inch maps as a circular enclosure (D c. 43m). Described by Neary (1914, 118, no. 55) as a 'fort … all mutilated'. Apart from a low rise in ground level from S to SW, no visible surface trace survives.
