Sweat Ho is a vanished sweathouse on the west bank of a northern stream in County Leitrim, marked only on a 1907 map and lost beneath grass, soil or forgetting. It stood twenty metres from an abandoned farmhouse, close enough for people to hear water move and perhaps smell heat rising after dark. The land has taken back its shape, but the house may still breathe beneath the ground, waiting for someone to remember the temperature of skin and stone.

Situated on the W bank of a NW-SE stream and c. 20m E of an abandoned farmhouse. it is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. No feature is visible at ground level.
