What is recorded here
A small, dense collection of light brushwood (Wth 0.34m; D 0.13m) mostly orientated E-W. An outlying piece is recorded 0.12m to the NE of the main concentration. There is no evidence for woodworking. The wood is in good condition and sits in poorly humified Sphagnum peat. The site is one of ten closely situated sites along a 12m length of this drain face, including SMR WM039-223----, 0.7m to the SW.
