Structure

Two pieces of brushwood (L 0.53m min.; Wth 0.08m; D 0.05m) in the drain face. The site is situated in well-humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and ericaceous remains. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1997. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
