A half-split ash timber (L 0.35m min.; diam. 0.09m) exposed in the drain face. The split surface is crudely dressed. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
