Remains of grain store or warehouse, extant 1897, including: Section of coursed or snecked limestone wall with cut-limestone flush quoins to corners. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

The remains of a grain store or warehouse not only surviving as an interesting relic of the industrial architectural heritage of Westport, but also clearly illustrating the continued development or "improvement" of a distillery complex established (1826) by William Livingstone (Lewis 1837 II, 699).
