What is recorded here
Multiple-bay three-storey former warehouse, built 1884, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched corrugated metal roof. Rendered walls. Replacement uPVC and metal casement windows. Former loading doors to upper levels now altered.
This warehouse forms part of a notable group with the former industrial buildings to the south and east. This group is an interesting reminder of the industrial character which was once associated with this part of the city.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
