What is recorded here
No visible monument in Ballinascorney Upper matches that description, though Price wrote of a stone circle south of Raheendhu with three eastern stones, two marked with cupmarks. The ground may have swallowed them, or people may have taken them for field stones and forgotten the shape they once made.
Situated to the S of Raheendhu (DU024-031----). Price (1940, 123) describes a stone circle with three standing stones E of it. Two of these stones had cupmarks on them. This monument has not been located.
