What is recorded here

Reanagashel held two standing stones on P. Murphy's land before people removed one and forgot where the other stood. Bowman recorded them in 1934, but that much certainty has since collapsed into silence. What remains is a hole in the ground, not a gap in the story. The stone did not disappear; it stopped being visible to the people who stopped looking for it.
