What is recorded here
Situated on top of a hill and on the N side of a NE-SW field bank. A stone with a D-shaped cross-section (dims of base 0.85m NW-SE; 0.6m NE-SW; H 2.6m) with a pointed top has the initials RM and the date 1723 inscribed on its flat NE face. It is located about the centre of enclosure (ME018-020001-).
