Kilpadder South held a standing stone three feet eight inches high and nearly ten feet around, large enough to surround a crouching person or mark a boundary no longer drawn. Bowman measured it on Healy land in 1934, but the exact spot has slipped from the description. The stone may have watched fields, roads or memories rearrange themselves around its permanence.

Bowman (1934, 559) recorded standing stone on J. Healy's land. '...3ft 8in high, 9ft 10in girth'. Exact location not known.
