What is recorded here

Kilnagnady holds a rectangular standing stone, 1.2 metres tall, set in flat pasture where the horizon offers no landmark but the stone itself. Its sharp edges and unusual shape suggest human choice rather than natural breakdown. People may have passed it, pointed at it, or measured distance against it before written records existed. The emptiness around it makes the stone more prominent, not less.
