What is recorded here

In Fearn, County Donegal, a standing stone rises from marshy pasture where no human hand has recently shaped the land. The wet ground swallows booties and shadows alike, suggesting the stone may be older than memory itself. People could have gathered there before roads existed, reading weather or fate in its tilt. The marsh keeps the place alive by refusing to give up its secrets.

There is no trace of the 'Standing Stone' marked on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map. Situated in marshy pasture land.
