What is recorded here

Situated on a S-facing slope of Croghaun Mountain, and overlooking a NW-SE stream, c. 150m to the SW. This is a stone with an irregularly-shaped cross-section (dims. 0.9m x 0.5m; H 1.4m) aligned E-W. Standing stone (WX002-063----) is c. 100m to the NNE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
