Standing stone in Cloghboola Beg is a 1.3 m rectangular stone in pasture on an east-facing slope in County Cork. It still points east like a marker for sunrise, herds or memory. A person may have set it there to judge distance, claim a boundary or watch the sky clear over the valley.

In pasture, on E-facing slope. Stone (H 1.3m; 0.4m x 0.25m) is rectangular in plan. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
