Stand in the red earth of the east field at dawn. The stone is not a landmark, it is a witness. It has watched roads change, farms rise and memories leave the village. Touch its skin and ask what it remembers.

Bowman (1934, 449) recorded standing stone on E. O'Riordan's land; 'An attempt was made some years ago to destroy it. It is now c. 2ft high by 7ft 8in girth'. Exact location not known.
