Standing stone in Cappagh (glanarought By.)

In rough peaty pasture, on a SW-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Sheen River. A standing stone (0.5m x 0.3m; H 1m), orientated NNE-SSW, was recorded here c. 1989 (pers. comm. C. Murphy). The land in the vicinity was subsequently reclaimed and by 1999 there were no visible remains of this stone.
