Ballynabooly in County Cork is called home to a lost standing stone, remembered only through a girl's words captured in the 1930s Schools Folklore Manuscripts. According to local information, there was a standing stone in this townland. It is referred to in the Schools Folklore Manuscripts (1930s) by a local girl.
