Stone weir and sluice gates, built c.1800, attached to former corn mill and located to north of bridge.
The survival of this stone weir, with its sluice gates and salmon leap, make it an interesting contributor to the architecture and industrial history of Athleague. It is representative of early nineteenth-century industrial activity.
