Sloc Greiligeo

Sloc Greiligeo is a sea cliff or coastal rock feature located in the Na h-Eileanan Siar archipelago, likely composed of metamorphic or igneous rocks typical of the region's Lewisian Gneiss, which dates back to the Precambrian era (over 2.5 billion years old). These ancient rocks were formed through high-pressure and high-temperature processes deep within the Earth's crust and are notable for their durability and role in the geological foundation of the Scottish Highlands and islands.
