Ballyduff is a castle site in County Limerick, Ireland. No surface remains visible of the levelled castle, though an 1840 map still marks its place. The loss is not empty; it is a shape remembered through absence.
Westropp (1906-7, 196) recorded the following details about a castle in the townland of Ballyduff; 'The D.S.A., 50, shows an unnamed C[astle]. in this parish; but no C[astle]. is mentioned in Ballinlondry Manor as held by Sir W.
