Sgòran Dubh Mòr is a prominent peak in the Scottish Highlands, rising to approximately 850 metres. It is part of the rugged geological landscape formed by ancient metamorphic rocks, typical of the region's mountainous terrain. The name, meaning "Great Black Stone" in Gaelic, may reflect local folklore or the dark, rocky appearance of the summit.
