What is recorded here

Galway’s abandoned medieval settlement still holds the shape of lives that left it behind. Rooms, lanes and boundaries may have vanished under grass or forgetting, but the desertion itself remains visible. The town appeared, changed and disappeared while Galway continued becoming itself.
