Four-arch clapper bridge, built c. 1790, carrying road over stream. Coursed rubble sandstone walls and piers, and sandstone clapper slabs. Bridge may have been widened.
This bridge is notable for being a rare example of a clapper bridge. It is solidly built with rubble stone and serves as a reminder of the skill of late eighteenth-century craftsmen.
