Farmyard complex, extant 1837, on an L-shaped plan including (north): Attached seven-bay single-storey coach house-cum-stable outbuilding on a rectangular plan. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods retaining cast-iron downpipes. Repointed rubble stone walls. Elliptical-headed central carriageway with yellow brick block-and-start surround. Camber-headed door openings with yellow brick voussoirs framing timber boarded double doors. Round-headed flanking window openings with cut-limestone sills, and yellow brick voussoirs framing casement windows having overlights. Square-headed openings (half-attic) with cut-limestone sills, and cut-limestone monolithic surrounds framing louvered fittings; (east): Attached seven-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic on a rectangular plan. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge toles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta octagonal pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods retaining cast-iron downpipes. Repointed rubble stone walls. Square-headed central door opening with cut-limestone block-and-start surround centred on keystone framing timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement (ground floor) with cut-limestone sills, timber mullions, and cut-limestone block-and-start surrounds centred on keystones framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement (half-attic) with cut-limestone sills, timber mullions, and cut-limestone monolithic surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in grounds shared with Sallymount House.
