Saint Brigid's Catholic Church

Square-profiled cut stone entrance piers, built c.1899, with cast- and wrought-iron double gates. Set in rubble stone walls, which bound the front of the church site. Modern pedestrian entrance to east.

The stone piers and decorative cast- and wrought-iron gates were clearly executed by highly-skilled craftsmen. They compliment the setting and architecture of Saint Brigid's Church.
