Rosscat Hilltop Fairy Fort is a 21.5-metre earthen ring on a Donegal hillcrest, pierced by western and eastern gaps that invite entry into its hidden heart. Cows still graze the pasture around it, unaware that the bank holds more than soil. The west gap seems like a door, but the east gap whispers back, suggesting the fort has two mouths and one is for leaving.

Internal diam. 21.5m. A slightly raised circular area enclosed by an earthen bank. There are two gaps one to the W and a second to the E. The former would seem a more likely location for an entrance. The site is located on the crest of a hill in pasture land. The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
