Roslin Castle sank three miles from Ullapool during the late gales of 1807. The Stornoway craft joined the Samuel and Nancy in the same brutal sweep, dragging human lives and forgotten cargo into Loch Broom. That cold water still keeps the castle name alive, while the exact wreck site remains hidden beneath the sea.
