What is recorded here
Kearney (1935, 100) recorded an 'ancient road', part of which still existed about 1.5m beneath the surface of a bog and about 800m to the W of Killashee. A piece of a wooden pack saddle that was uncovered on it was presented to the Diocesan Museum in Longford in the early 1930s. The road has not been located.
