Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1870. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with square-headed openings having concrete sills and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed opening with recessed timber panelled half-glazed door with timber reveal, spoked fanlight above and timber doorcase comprising pilasters and cornice. Boot scrape hole to side.
This building forms part of a fine terrace of four. Though the historic joinery has been removed, this house remains an integral part of the terrace.
