Terraced three-bay two-storey with attic house, built c. 1820, as part of a terrace of seven. Rectangular-plan with gable-fronted two-bays. Pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, raised gable stone verge coping, unpainted red brick flat-capped chimneystack bases, tall diamond-shaped flat-capped stacks, moulded half-round uPVC gutters bracketed to eaves. Painted smooth rendered walling. Square-headed window openings, painted smooth rendered reveals, painted stone sills, uPVC top-hung casement windows. Square-headed door opening, painted timber door frame, painted stone plinth blocks, painted timber and glass door. Street fronted, flower beds to front, climbing shrubbery to front elevation, woodlands to north-east, central house of seven terraced houses.

This centrally located building is a prominent component of the overall terrace design, with the gable fronted two bays providing a central focus. It forms part of a terrace that was built to house workers from the Ballymascanlon estate. The chimneystacks are particularly unusual and adding to the charm of the terrace.
