What is recorded here
Graveslab in Unknown Townland is a rectangular stone in the churchyard of St Michan's bearing the relief name of John Hore, who died in 1662. It is not a hidden chamber or a mysterious ruin, but a ordinary marker preserved among other buried lives. The clarity of its shape and date makes it easier to remember than most forgotten corners of Dublin.
