Terraced two-bay two-storey dormer attic house, built c. 1860, now in disuse. Pitched slate roof with brick and chimneystacks and timber bargeboards to dormers. Roughcast rendered walls with render quoins and moulded render opening surrounds to first floor, rusticated walls to ground floor. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows throughout. Square-headed opening having render entablature, brackets, Doric style pilasters and replacement aluminium door.

Built as part of a terrace of four, this house is enlivened by the differing render treatments to the first and ground floor. The door surround is particularly ornate and adds artistic interest to the façade.
