What is recorded here
End of row five-bay three-storey house, built c.1785. Pitched slate roof with tall, deep rendered chimneystacks, and block cornice with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted lined and ruled rendering with parallel raised quoins. Square-headed one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with liomestone sill. Round-headed cut limestone block-and-start doorcase with scroll keystone, replacement fanlight, and twentieth-century timber door with four raised and fielded panels.
This very substantial late eigtheenth-century house has a well detailed doorcase. It is neatly framed by its render quoins and is enhanced by the retention of timber sash windows.
