Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with sill course to first floor and rusticated quoins. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows, tooled limestone sills and rusticated block-and-start surrounds. Square-headed door opening with rusticated block-and-start surround and timber glazed door. Enclosed rendered wall, wrought-iron railings and gate.
The textural variation created by the smooth walls and rusticated detailing makes this a noteworthy addition to the streetscape, and adds variety to the urban landscape.
