Graystown Church is an archaeological place in County Tipperary, Ireland. The medieval ruin sits on Scornan hill inside a sub-rectangular graveyard, preserving fragments of a north wall, east gable, pointed doorway and ogee-headed window. It appears in the 1302 to 1307 Ecclesiastical Taxation of Ireland as Scornan church and belonged to the Archbishop of Cashel and Emly by 1607 before services ceased by 1615. About 380 metres to the north-west remain a tower house, bawn and deserted settlement.
