Noel Murphy and Caimin O'Brien identified the circular enclosure and smaller eastern ring-ditch in the south-east field corner, joining a cluster of faint cropmarks. The fort likely excluded people from its edge while giving life a boundary they could understand. It still stands as a quiet mark of human invention, waiting for curiosity rather than certainty.
